We want you to be completely satisfied with your LSA International glassware; if you are not, you can return your items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unused and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original LSA International gift boxes and place them into a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
